I’ll work with you to both “get shit done” and feel good about doing it. We’ll talk strategies for productivity, possible accommodations, showing up well for your loved ones, and building a solid foundation of self-compassion.
-
I’m not here to change who you are. This about supporting you in being yourself while navigating the complexities of identity, relationships, and life in a region where cultural and social norms are restrictive.
This is your space to show up as you are now, while making room for the person you will become during your journey.
Also, a note on conversion “therapy”: I do not and will not offer it. It is unethical, and it is harmful. Period.
-
Whether your relationship is dyadic, triadic, or poly, I aim to offer compassionate, non-judgmental support tailored to your specific relationship structure.
In our sessions, you’ll find space to explore:
Communication and conflict resolution skills.
Navigating complex relationship structures.
Addressing jealousy, trust, and boundaries.
Enhancing emotional health.
Developing structure and support in cohabitation.
We may work on division of labor within the home (oh yeah, I’m talking about a chore chart), finding time to connect during hectic schedules, and/or how to navigate disagreements. Essentially, my goal is to provide a warm, safe environment to cultivate a healthier, more harmonious relationship.

Welcome to campus! Here’s 72 hours of reading, 4 group projects (with crummy partners), and a social calendar that is both way too full and way too empty.
Deep breath. Let’s work on strategies for balancing your life, meeting your goals, and actually enjoying your college years.
-
Moving to the area? Switching jobs? Navigating a change in relationship? I’m here to help you adapt to your new reality, while probably grieving a bit of the old one.
-
Oh no, there’s that impending sense of doom again. You’re so tired of it, you know it’s probably not true, and yet, your body is trying to deal with an invisible tiger. Let’s work on calming your nervous system and making life actually enjoyable again.
-
Let me guess - you’re exhausted all the time, your brain hurts, and maybe you’re ready to just walk off the job. However, you’ve got bills and really want to be able to pay for a nice dinner from time to time.
Let’s talk actual strategies to limit the impact of work on your wellbeing as much as possible.
